Internet:

No WiFi router currently installed. You are free to install it for yourself if your lifestyle requires it. But Vodafone hotspot connectivity also works well for everyday use including streaming, working on office tasks, and browsing.

Household Expectations:

No house cleaning service is hired. Garbage is collected as per schedule by the council. The housemates have to dispose garbage in different types of bins as per council requirements. The street and the outer space where the bins are located, are cleaned by the council. Christmas garbage is collected by special services by council. Housemates share responsibility for keeping the home clean and tidy.

I am a professional female seeking a like-minded, mature and professionally working female housemate who values a clean and organised home, a peaceful and respectful living environment, and a quiet lifestyle (not suitable for students or party-focused individuals). Occasional guests are fine, but parties or get-togethers are not expected.

Home Atmosphere:

This is a calm, friendly home best suited to someone who appreciates privacy, tranquillity, and a well-kept living space. The house has some indoor plants and more are welcome.
