The house is located at the end of a quiet road within easy walking distance to the centre of town and East Croydon Station. Car parking is free and on the end of a quiet no through road.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, comfortable mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk lamp, mirror, pictures, desk and chair. There is also a feature fireplace.

Bills are shared between housemates, including internet and work out at approx. £100 pcm per person (less in the summer).

Addiscombe is a short walk so very close to the local shops and cafes etc.

From East Croydon transport connections are very good - central London trains are brilliant and the Victoria service runs overnight as well. Trains go direct to London Bridge (15 mins from East Croydon), Victoria (15 mins from East Croydon - and Late night services), Blackfriars, Farringdon, KingsX, City Thameslink CharringX, Clapham Junction etc... Tramlink runs to Beckenham, Elmers End, Addington and Wimbledon. And the buses go almost anywhere you might want.

The London Overground from West Croydon goes to New Cross, Canada Water (27 mins), Whitechapel and up to Dalston Junction.
