We're a house-share with three people (25-34) in a quiet street close to East Croydon station.
Transport to and from Victoria (17mins), Clapham Junction (11mins) & London Bridge is quick and convenient and you have all the shopping options you need with Waitrose /Sainsburys around the corner plus the big Centrale and Whitgift centres both walking distance away. Lloyd Park is two stops on the tram and Ikea is 5 stops away.

The room is an upstairs bedroom which includes fitted furniture: two huge built-in wardrobes, plenty of shelving and a single bed (if you have your own you are welcome to bring it) plus desk and chair. It's spacious; the open floor space is 4 metres by 3. 1 metres.
The house is fully carpeted & has loft storage for any extra stuff you can't fit into your room. There is no living room but we have a large paved back garden with table and chairs & a good sized bathroom.

Please note that the room is not available to couples and this is a pet friendly house. It's a non smoking house but you can smoke outside the house of course. We are looking for a tidy person & all ages & orientations and vegetarian/vegans are welcome.

Rent includes all bills and fibre broadband, one month's rent is required as deposit and you can ring us.
