=5 mins bus to East Croydon
=10 mins walk from Wandle Park Tram stop.
=15 min walk to Croydon High Street (5 mins on bus).
= bus stop outside takes you to East Croydon, Morden, Sutton, Crystal Palace, Carshalton, Wallington.

Waddon is a really well equipped area of Croydon, the high street is walkable, but also within a 5 min walk there is a large Morrisons, a gym with swimming pool and other community shops.
