The maisonette is ideally Central and 5 minute walk to the High St., 10 minute walk to east & West Croydon stations and Purley Way. 15 minutes walk to South croydon. 3 minute walk to tram. Journey times to London Victoria 15mns and 13mns to London Bridge. Also ideal for LGW based cabin crew as 20mns to Gatwick Airport.
The property has Broadband and central heating and double glazing and a washing machine.
The garden is sunny from 10am to 6pm.
I am easy going and sociable and like my privacy as well. I enjoy going to the gym, travelling and learning Spanish.
I have a bearded dragon (lizard) who I keep in a vivarium in my room.
Communal kitchen, bathroom and toilet as well as use of garden.
Please note: parking is difficult so not suitable for someone who would like to keep a car here.
