Double room available in Croydon

Hi, are you clean, tidy and reliable? Then check out my flat in a new build block in a leafy, peaceful and quiet part of Croydon. The double room has a double bed, wardrobe, bookcase, two chests of drawers and two under-bed drawers, meaning you'll have plenty of storage space.

In addition to this, I can also offer you your own bathroom (complete with bath and shower) and full access to the open plan lounge and kitchen. Other perks include a private balcony and a parking space (I don't have a car so you can use my permit). I'm a 50-year-old professional male who's friendly, easy-going and just as at home watching the footy as I am The Apprentice.

The flat is just off Pawson's Road and Queen's Road Cemetery. Selhurst station (excellent connections to Victoria) is about 15mins' walk and Croydon town centre (great range of shops, cafes, etc) 20 mins' walk. Also London Road is 7 mins' away which offers bus routes into and Streatham and Brixton. East Croydon station (excellent connections just about everywhere) is about 7 mins' drive away. I am also situated near to Crystal Palace which is full of lovely shops and restaurants as well as the beautiful Crystal Palace Park.

PLEASE NOTE This a Monday-Friday arrangement and ideally suited to someone who works in London during the week and travels home for the weekend.
