Double room to rent in recently renovated house.

I am looking for a professional non-smoker to share my home with on a short term basis (month by month with maximum of 3 months). Ideally suited to someone working in and around the surrounding area or city. Someone on contract or working out of Gatwick as great transport links. It used to take me an hour door to door to my office in Kings Cross using bus/train and tube. I used to fly out of Gatwick a lot too which takes about 40 mins using bus and train.

Shared living, dining room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom. There is an added WC upstairs adjacent to the double bedroom. Outside garden which is great during the summer (whenever that may be!?)

Room consists of double bed, side lamp and table. A wardrobe can be fitted if required.

Wifi throughout the house included.

Great transport links at top and bottom of the road. 8-10 minute walk to West Croydon overground (towards Highbury& Islington via Canada Water)/bus station/tram stop. 10-15 minute bus ride to East Croydon train station/Boxpark.

No pets allowed and nonsmokers only.
No students, No DSS.
