There’s a bus stop outside the property with direct buses to Dorking’s mainline station.

The house has a kitchen/dining room, sitting room and conservatory, and a peaceful, south facing garden and patio.

The bedroom is spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. The bedroom is kept dog-free.
