The room is available for single occupancy preferably on a short term basis at £160 per week but also open to long term lets £695 per month.

To share with two professionals - live-in landlady and tenant, plus two friendly dogs. The house is situated in a small, quiet development, and is a 5 min drive / 25 min walk from Dorking High Street and Dorking train station, and is also only a 25 min drive to Redhill station for the Gatwick to Brighton line. There’s a bus stop outside the property with direct buses to Dorking’s mainline station.

The house has a kitchen/dining room, sitting room and conservatory, and a peaceful, south facing garden and patio.

The bedroom is newly furnished with a bed, under bed drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. The bedroom is kept dog-free.

There are two bathrooms in the house (plus a downstairs toilet) and the available room has use of the main bathroom which has a bath and standing shower. This is shared with the other tenant though he is away a lot of the week.

A private parking space is available for the tenant's use. The house has a smart TV, fibre broadband, washer-dryer, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

All bills (incl. broadband and council tax) and access to the private parking space are included in the rent.
