Quiet spacious house with a huge garden on a quiet residential road. VIEWINGS BEGIN AFTER XMAS.
Room is unfurnished but can provide a double bed and drawers. Room size is 18 sq m.
Housemate 1 (me) - Originally a Londoner but now I divide my time between London (25%) and Amsterdam (75%). When in the UK (every 2-3 months for 2-3 weeks), I work from home mainly on conference calls all day in my room or I'm visiting family.
Housemate 2 - You'll be mainly sharing with one housemate - into gardening and growing on her allotment who works from home.
We are tolerant on most things except hair in the plughole, a dirty bathroom or kitchen after use, poor hygiene, smoking inside and cats (sorry allergic).
We're very clean and tidy. No rotas or cleaners because we're just adults that clean up after ourselves.
Due to work and travel commitments sometimes we're hardly at home so the house really is a sanctuary to return to for both of us. But will test Alexa's musical repertoire or have an impromptu BBQ occasionally.
Addiscombe is a contrast to East Croydon but only 12 mins away by tram/bus. 25mins Clapham Junction; 40 mins to Victoria & London Bridge. 30 mins to Gatwick. 5 mins walk to High Street with 4 supermarkets, cafés and a number of local parks. Bromley and Beckenham shopping centres - 10mins drive.
Looking for a female within a similar age range and lifestyle i. e. leaving the party at the club, leaving the drama at the door, doesn't keep score on who's turn it is to mop the floor or put the bins out and looking for a home to chillax in.
