We are two friendly professionals in our 30s looking for a wonderful new flatmate to join our cozy home. Our current flatmate just bought his own place and will be moving out on June 9th.

The room is fully furnished, except for the bed, and our charming 3-bedroom house is tucked away at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac. It's just a 5-minute stroll to East Croydon station, which has fantastic connections to central London, Brighton, and local areas via buses and trams.

Our warm and inviting living room includes a TV and a music playback system for cozy movie nights or relaxing music sessions. Free cable internet is included, and our resident IT wizard ensures the WIFI and all tech are top-notch.

All bills are covered, except for the water bill, which we split equally. It typically comes to around £25 per month, paid quarterly.

We have a modern kitchen with plenty of storage space, perfect for those who love to cook. Sometimes we whip up meals for each other, but there's no obligation to join in.

The bathroom is on the second floor, and there's a convenient separate toilet with a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.

Our garden is absolutely lovely, and we have an adorable cat named Pupa who will surely steal your heart (she's my favorite part of the house!). There's also a high-quality gas BBQ available for use, perfect for sunny days.
