- We are a houseshare of 3 polite, respectful, professional, single people. You'll share the bathroom with two other single people (Spanish, 27 year old primary school teacher, other is a NHS admin staff lady in her 30's). Another civil servant 40 years old has his own ensuite and does not use your bathroom (works long hours). All housemates have been vetted thoroughly.

- The bedroom is in the loft and suitable for a single person. Not enormous but definitely comfortable with one double bed. Large storage rail area across entire room (can't see in pics, but clothing rail is 2 meters long). Storage space under bed too. However, there is not too much extra space to add your own furniture. No more plants anymore, sorry!

- Shared kitchen, lounge, 200MBps superfast fibre WiFi, large American-style large fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer too.

- Location is fantastic; 3 mins walk from: East Croydon rail/bus/tram, Sainsburys, Boxpark, 24hr gyms etc. This is a busy urban multicultural area, so please don't expect a quiet countryside location!

- We'd prefer a single person in this room please (aka no girlfriend / partners / no sleeping guests).
