Lovely room in a comfortable house

My husband and I live in the house, although my husband is away Monday to Friday and is just home at weekends. I will consider 7 days per week. We are both professional and are looking to share with a female professional. 20 minutes walk to east croydon station and 15 minutes on train to London bridge. We potentially want someone long term that will look after it for us as we may move to elsewhere in the UK and you will practically be left with the run of the house.

2 bedroom house we just purchased, needs work eventually but is in really good condition compared to other houses we viewed. Lovely garden and neighbours seem friendly. You can apply for a parking permit at a cost to you. I will hire a cleaner once a fortnight. New appliances. New bed etc.
