I am on the HUNT for an awesome like-minded FLAT MATE for a two bedroom flat in East Croydon (Sandilands). You will be renting a double room with a shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge. This will be shared with just myself. The flat will be semi furnished.
The flat is located 5 minute tram ride from East Croydon Station, 30 minute train ride to Victoria Station, London Bridge and Gatwick. Wimbledon is a 45 minute tram ride from the flat.
Box Park is nearby with loads of fantastic restaurants, bars and cafés.
I am looking for someone who is reasonably clean and tidy, sociable and fun. Bonus points if you are into festivals, creative, interested in meditation, health and fitness and don’t mind the odd social gathering.
About me: I am working as a Personal Trainer / Pilates instructor in the area, so I am pretty into health and wellness. Love a good nature or city adventure. I am usually out and about over the weekends. I enjoy art, music, gardening (there is a bit of a communal garden and you can guarantee many beautiful pot plants and bonsais), riding mountain bikes, hiking and adventure sports.
No couples please.
