My name is Suzy and I have 2 bedrooms to rent in my 3 bed flat in east Croydon. (You could be interested in 1 or both of the rooms). Please note I am not a live in landlord! The flat is a 10 min stroll from both east and west Croydon stations and is in the heart of the borough, close to shopping centers, restaurants and local amenities. The flat is on the 8th floor and has 2 lifts in the building.
This is a luxury apartment which has 3 roof terraces, perfect for getting the perfect tan in the summer! It has a helpful concierge and a private residents postal room. The overall environment is absolutely lovely and a joy to live here. The furniture is brand new and kitchen is fully fitted even with a dishwasher. We also have our own private balcony and beautiful views. The flat is very spacious with lots of storage spaces and has 2 bathrooms and a utility room. Bills are relatively low.
I'm looking for a tidy individual of any age that's respectful of the space. I'm a very reasonable person and have created a peaceful environment.
