I have a really lovely room available in a recently refurbished house in East Croydon.

It is a lovely home and would suit someone who wants somewhere that is comfortable, clean, and easy to live in. The house has a genuinely warm, homely feel to it, not just the usual basic rental setup.

The room is fully furnished and ready to move into, so it is nice and straightforward from the start. Bills are included, the broadband is superfast, and there is a regular cleaner for the shared areas, which helps keep everything looking and feeling nice.

One of the best things about the house is the people living there. The housemates are friendly, respectful, and easy to get on with. Everyone has their own routine and space, but it is the kind of house where people say hello, have the odd chat in the kitchen, and help create a relaxed, easy atmosphere. It feels like a home, which is something a lot of places are missing.

The shared areas are all really nicely done and the house is kept in great condition with the weekly cleaning. There is also a separate TV room off the kitchen with a sofa, coffee table, and TV, which is a really nice extra space to chill out in when you want a change of scene from your room

The bathroom is modern and only shared with one other housemate, which is a real bonus. It is also cleaned weekly, so it stays a really nice space to use.

The garden is a great bonus. It is a lovely spot for a morning coffee, some fresh air, or sitting outside when the weather is good. It also has secure gated side access, which is ideal for safely storing a bike.

Parking is easy, with free on-street parking and driveway spaces available.

The location is really convenient for East Croydon, with excellent transport links and shops, cafés, gyms, and supermarkets all nearby.
