Contract: 6 to 12months with the option of staying longer ~

Price: £1320 for the room or £660 per person for 2 people

Utilities: With 4 people it’s £30 per month per person. Council tax is also split among 4 at £85 per person per month. Wifi has been paid for until Sept 🥳

Location: East Croydon (Ten Degrees Apartment, really luxurious with amenities: gym, yoga/dance studio, workspaces, cafe, games room, movie room, pet spa etc 🐶

Transport: 1min walk to East Croydon station, 15min train to London Bridge 🚝 Lots of trams and buses within a 1 min walk too.

Area: TONS of food, grocery and convenience stores within a stone’s throw and a BoxPark opposite the road (events, live music, food stalls) 🍜🍣🌮🍔🍕

Appliances: washer, dryer, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. 🌿

Maintenance: 24/7 reception that will fix/sort any issues in the flat 🛠️

Housemates: You’ll be sharing the unit with 2 other people who have their own rooms and toilet. Dariia (she/her, in her final sem of her bachelor’s) and Kai (they/them, currently applying for a phd) are both homebodies, hobbies include gaming, baking, music, skating… u get the gist! 😄
