• The building is well-maintained and professionally managed by Native Residency
• Only one flatmate to share with – a friendly Indian female working professional in Tech

💰 Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £865/month (likely to increase by 2–5% from July – currently being negotiated with the building)
• Bills (incl. council tax): £150–£200 per head depending on usage

She is an Indian female professional working in Tech – easy-going, respectful, and clean. Looking for someone like-minded to share the space with.
