We have a a bright, furnished bedroom with double doors out to the garden, available in our lovely Victorian house just a 13-minute walk to East Croydon Station train station and within easy reach of Croydon town centre.

The house is situated down a quiet tree-lined residential road within walking distance of a local shopping parade, regular bus lines and tram links.

The housemates are all young working professionals who enjoy a peaceful environment but also value connection. This is not a house where people shut themselves away in their bedrooms and never interact; it’s a homely home where people respect each other’s space but also enjoy chatting in the kitchen, sharing a meal occasionally, and maintaining a positive, easygoing atmosphere. If that balance of quiet independence and genuine connection suits you, you’ll fit right in!

All bills are included, along with fast Virgin broadband, a bi-weekly cleaner, a washer/dryer, garden, and free parking on the private driveway shared with the neighbours.

The deposit is one month’s rent, protected with a government-approved deposit scheme. There are no additional fees or hidden charges, and no checkout fee. Single occupancy only (no couples), and standard tenant referencing is required before moving in.
