My name is Osi, I'm 25 currently based in East Croydon.

My friend and I are 2 female professional looking to move by end of May (at the latest) and have been viewing loads of properties.

We've found a really gorgeous three bed property roughly a 10 min walk to East Croydon (Which is 15 mins away from London Bridge)

-It's a 5 min walk from Lebanon Tram Stop

-Each room is a double room with its own en-suite and huge double wardrobes for storage.

- The house also has an extra guest toilet that's separate to the rooms

-It has lovely garden lots of storage and a free parking space with charging point.

- Large living space with full kitchen etc

- It is unfurnished but we can discuss furniture and work out how to split the financing of it all equally and fairly.

-It's roughly £1085 each INC bills

We want someone long term, we know life can be unpredictable but we want someone that can commit for at least 12 months +

We are looking for a friendly & clean house mate who doesn't mind socialising but can appreciate boundaries.

We love going out and having a good time with friends or having friends over but we also love our alone time.

I come from a big family so I'm quite a communal liver, I like to make new foods and bake for the house I find it therapeutic lool
