Thanks for reading this profile. I have a double furnished room to rent near east croydon station. The flat is situated in a private road at the back of Lloyds park with is very convenient. its a 10 minute walk to east croydon train station and the tram line stops at the bottom of the road. Great to commute to London or going to the coast.
The room is furnished and has a sky package with 2 large windows at the rear of the property. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, so theres a shower room next to the advertised bedroom.
We have a large shared living room up stairs with joining kitchen. All has been recently decorated. Its was all the amenities including a tumble dryer and dishwasher.
A cleaner cleans once a week and will also change your sheets on request! BONUS!!
The other housemates are english and are fun and friendly. We are all hard working professionals. So we require someone similar.
The house is tidy and clean so we would like a housemate to respect this and pull there weight.

NO Couples or pets and we only want renters who can speak english and have a job. NO DSS.
