I have a large double bedroom to offer in a flat close to East Croydon station. This is available to let from August 20th, for a price of £500/calendar month (incl. all bills).
The room on offer is exceptionally large (the pictures don't really do them justice!).
The entire flat has been newly furnished and decorated to a good standard. The flat contains a separate bathroom/toilet, a kitchen, and a large garden. I also have 1 parking space available in the front drive.

I am a 27 year old male professional, working in Central London. I own the flat (so "live-in landlord").
I am happy to share with females or males.
I'm very easy going, and easy to live with. I'm also always up for being sociable and exploring the local bars/restaurants with any prospective new flatmates.

One other thing...
With the flat being so close to East Croydon, the connectivity, especially to Central London, is amazing! Trains run every few minutes during the day, and then hourly throughout the night.
