Furnished double Room available in three bed house

All facilities and bills are included except gas and electric, which are split by the number of people here in equal shares.

The house is fully furnished, there is a shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Also, access to a well kept garden and patio to the rear of the house. Internet is included, a TV in the lounge and plenty of storage space are also included in the property. There is an onsite garage which could possibly be used with prior agreement (would be ideal for bikes etc).

The house is a short walk from Arena Tram stop with good access to East or West Croydon stations. Both have great transport links to Central London, East Croydon to Gatwick Airport is around 15 minutes. Elmers End train station is a 15 minute walk away. The bus stop is less than 1 minute walk away. On street parking is also available.

I am looking for a professional male or female to share my home with. Couples are considered at an additional rent rate. I'm also open to lodgers who have their own pets. I am currently looking to rent 1 room. I have a third room which i use as my office, which would mean that the lounge or dining room could become a second office space for any lodgers if required.

I dont allow smoking in the house, but I'm relaxed if you are a smoker and respect my wishes that you only smoke in the garden or in the garage.

I've been living in the house since 2011 and have in the last few years been renting out the spare room/communal space and have very much enjoyed sharing with people. You'll find me to be relaxed with a generally happy outlook. I also take pride in having a well kept living space, and feel its important to get along with mutual respect.

I am a tech implementation consultant and work in central London, I enjoy my job. When I am not socialising with my partner, in my spare time, I enjoy fishing and swimming. I also keep tropical fish.

The room is available, but if you can give me a couple of weeks notice please to check references that would be great.
