The location of the property is close to East Croydon station. There is a tram stop close by so you can get there in less then 5 minutes. Or it is about a 15 minute walk and once at East Croydon you can get to central London in 12 minutes.
Really you have to come and see for yourself how good it is. This room is for single occupancy only. There are no agency fees as you will be dealing directly with the landlady.
