Double River View Room in East Molesey

We are looking for a housemate to share our lovely flat with! Sadly, our current housemate has decided to relocate so our spare double room with a river view will be avaliable in the next couple of weeks.

The property has three bedrooms, one of which we use as a shared study/ spare room for guests. It also has a large bathroom with a bath and shower, a spacious shared living room and kitchen.

We also have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool in the summer, tennis court, communal garden, BBQ area and direct access to the river for paddleboarding/ kayaking. There is free parking out on the road opposite, and within the complex, there is visitor parking available.

We are a 5–10-minute walk from Hampton Court Station; there is a night bus back via Kingston if you miss the last train! There are some lovely restaurants and pubs along the small high street and a short walk to the Thames and Hampton Court Palace.

The spare double room overlooks a view of the River Mole. It is furnished (double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables) but you can add what you like!

We are a fun and easy going professional couple. We work a mixture of at home (about 2 days per week) and in the office.
Some of our hobbies include eating out, travelling, running, rugby, cars and cooking!
