A beautiful contemporary, spacious one bedroom annex available in a quiet and scenic location opposite the picturesque Rose and Crown Pub and Thorpe Green.

The annex is attached to our house but you have your own entrance with off street parking on the drive.

We are looking for a professional person who wants peace and quiet after their day's work.

This is a short term rental only. Please do not apply if looking for long term. Three months, maybe slightly longer.

No parties or loud music. We also do not accept pets. Non-smoker a must.

The Annex;
Bedroom: King size bed and built in sliding mirrored wardrobes

Living Room: Corner sofa, dining table and chairs

Kitchen : Washing machine, built in oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave

Bathroom: Full bath with power shower over bath.

Compact, courtyard outside space with table and chairs..

The annex is fully furnished and equipped.

We are an easy commute to Shepperton and Long Cross Studios with great access to M25, London Waterloo 45 mins and all London Heathrow Terminals

Driving is highly recommended due to the semi-rural location.

Please only enquire if you are able to meet the rental cost and are looking for short term.
