All people in the house are older students however working professionals are fine.
Nice and quiet house.
There are 2 cats that live at the property but stay in their own room.
Large garden with seating.
Friendly tenants who are all students at Royal Holloway university, again this is not a requirement.
Decent size wardrobe, desk, desk storage and bedside table all included.
Storage under the bed.
All bills included: water, wifi, heating….
Security deposit needed.
