I'm looking for someone to take over my room in Spring Rise, Egham by 1st February.

About the room: It's a large and spacious room with a brand new mattress making a very comfortable double-bed. It's perfect for studying/gaming/writing with a sturdy study desk and chair, along with a bulletin board to map out all your thoughts.

The bathroom is shared with two super nice and clean housemates, it is very well maintained and comes with a bathtub.

There's a shared living room with two sofas and a TV and a spacious kitchen with two big refrigerators. The kitchen overlooks a very sweet garden.

Best part- it's centrally located!

👌4 minute walk to M&S Simply Food, under 10 minute walk to High Street where you'll find Tesco, Waitrose, eateries and markets
👌7-10 minute walk to Egham Train station and under 5 minute to Langham Palace bus stop
