I have 2 rooms available

1 small double room available from 10th may

I would not be looking for more than one person (or a couple) in a room

I am an easygoing person and get on with people of all ages.

I am a live in landlord, but I’m not here 24/7, and hence looking for lodgers

15/20 minutes walk to university, or 3 min walk to 441/RH3 bus stop
There is a brand new bathroom upstairs and downstairs, however the downstairs is designated to the large double.

Bathrooms have new demisting mirrors with shaver socket and Bluetooth speakers and great water pressure.

There is a brand new kitchen with quartz worktops, including brand new oven, induction hob, 2 fridge freezers, built in dishwasher, microwave, all appliances are brand new hotpoint branded

There is also a Bosch washing machine also recently purchased, and a bissell wet vacuum to clean the tiled floors

And a communal iMac and printer in the kitchen

Samsung TV in living room, with Denon amplifier, and bowers and Wilkins surround speakers.

All rooms have a satellite connections for sky if so required.
All bills apart from council tax are included (which comes to £25 per month per person ),

This includes

water,

electricity & gas up to £200 per month, anything over gets split between housemates!

1gig, unlimited broadband from virgin media and I have mesh router setup so there is a very good Wi-Fi signal in all rooms . I am a computer science graduate
All bedrooms include a double ottoman bed that has plenty of storage, desk and chair if required, and wardrobe, and each bedroom has a lockable door.

Any other requirements can be negotiated.

Please note the house, still had small bits and pieces to complete, such as painting in places. Mainly the hallway need completing.

But to summarise there is a brand new kitchen, living area , and 2 new bathrooms, as well as a large common living area !

We would have no issue with a pet if you have one

The other housemates are moving on, for various reasons, and due to the end of their contract

If you have a car there is a front garden that I use as as driveway and space for 4 cars however I utilise 2 of them, and plan to get the driveway done soon .

We also have cctv covering the front and back of the house
