Double Bed Standard EnSuite at "The Garage", Egham

The Garage is a brand new building directly behind George Elliot - University Accommodation. Its across the street from the local pub "The Happy man" and is a 3 minute walk to campus.

The room is an EnSuite with a double sized bed. The bathroom is clean and the shower is of the walk-in type. The room contains plenty of storage space, wardrobes and cupboards. The room is quite spacious and faces away from the main street but instead onto a nice green area with tree's. Its on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. The room also comes with free Wi-Fi.

The building is the only one that contains the free gym, common room, laundry area and study space whereas tenants in other buildings have to come to this building to use them.

The flat is meant for 4 people to live in but currently has two occupants including myself. The other tenant is a very friendly masters student currently studying philosophy.
I am looking for a replacement tenant so anyone from any background is welcome.

The shared kitchen is very spacious and contains two fridges with freezers, a hob, oven, microwave, kettle and a toaster along with a lot of storage space. The kitchen also has couches and a relatively large table with a smart tv attached to an arm so you can watch movies while eating. For two people to live in it is very nice to have all this space for yourself.

The contract is on a monthly basis starting on the 1st of every month with a small deposit in the beginning. Let me know if you would like more details
