This is contract ENDS in September 2024.
I'm currently a student at RHUL in my final year. Come the end of April, I'll no longer need to live in Egham, and so I've been messaging around to see if anyone would like to replace me as a tenant in my contract until it ends in mid September.
The room is £575 a month, and is roughly 10 metres squared. It comes with a single bed and an en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, a set of drawers and a bedside table. Also has space for a small desk.
3 other housemates, two females in their final year and one male in his second year, all quiet and clean. There is a shared living area in the kitchen, with a washing machine, and a massive garden. Also a driveway that fits two cars at least. Currently no housemates drive.
