Hi everyone, we have a double room for sale. It's located upstairs (Room 6), you will be sharing a bathroom with 2 people. There is a driveway which you can use, broadband is included (VM 6 - 1200MB), there are 2 bathrooms, both with showers. Rent is I believe £600. Anyone is preferred, we just need a tenant ASAP.
No council tax to pay as we are all students. I believe bills are included for a further £50-£75.
