It is a large, bright, fully furnished room.
You will have use of the shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom and garden). These are kitted out with everything you need. There is also off road parking.
I have another female lodger, who has been with me for 18 months.
We are looking for someone relaxed and tidyish.
Fair usage Bills are included.
Initially it will be a 3 month contract with potential to extend longer.
Smoking is permitted, but only in the garden, as there is no smoking in the house.
