Tenant will have their own fridge and freezer section. The house and room overlooks large garden and Imber Court police horse paddocks. There is a shared kitchen, living room and utility room. We also have a large garage with gym equipment including a cycling machine, rowing machine, squat rack, free weights, and a kickboxing bag. The garage also has space to keep a bike. Current occupants are a professional mother, 23 year old daughter who commutes to Surrey uni from home. 20 year old son is at uni in Exeter so is only home on occasional weekends and holidays.
