The room is a large single with fitted wardrobes and a sink. 3 of the other rooms are ensuite. There is a shared bathroom, downstairs wc, shared living room, kitchen, driveway and garden. There is no smoking in the house. The house is clean and quiet and the new tenant will be expected to respect the other tenants. Every room is responsible for sharing cleaning the communal areas.
