A furnished small double bedroom and use of the house, Inc kitchen lounge, garden, family bathroom and cloakroom. My teenage sons also stay with me parts of the week.
References required, broadband is supplied but not a condition of contract (I can't imagine ever being without it though). Gas and electric included, council tax, food and drink down to you.
I don't mind if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself or be a part of household activities. I'm easy going, mutual respect goes a long way. Shared chores. (hey, if I can persuade teenagers to clean, so can you) 😉
