Located in a quiet road with friendly neighbours. 13 minute walk to London Zone 5 train station, in Stoneleigh with direct links into Waterloo and Epsom, as well as a 5-7 minute walk to bus stops towards Kingston and Epsom.
I like to keep the place very clean and tidy and would appreciate a house mate who will do the same.
There is cream coloured carpet in most rooms which I don’t wear shoes or slippers on. Floor heating in the bathroom for winter months.
The monthly charge includes a gardener that visits every two weeks, as well as outside window cleaning.
