I have a small double room available to rent in my 3-bedroom house down a private country lane in the picturesque village of Ewhurst, which has direct bus routes into Guildford and Cranleigh. It's a small double which has a double bed, new mattress, wardrobe, cabinet and TV. Wifi and all bills included. I'm very easy going to live with and It's just myself living in the house and my pets (2 cats and one young dog). I will also consider Monday -Friday renting at a reduced cost of £495pm. My ideal lodger would be someone friendly, clean and respectful, preferably female but not a dealbreaker.
