Female sought. Large room for single occupant available to a clean tidy considerate female to share with 2 likewise and friendly, easy-to-get-along-with females and one resident cat. Downstairs WC and upstairs Bathroom/Shower/WC Front and back garden and very limited but available space in the shed for a box or two.

A female either working full time or female student in full-time attendance at university. Usually not working from home please, as I am planning to start a business from home and need the space and peace to do that in working hours.
