Lovely Single Room with Deck Area

My home is situated on a quiet side road with ideal access to central Farnham (a mile or so away) and Farnborough in the other direction. It has recently been completely renovated so is comfortable and contemporary.

The bright, airy room is at the back of the house with access through french doors onto adjoining decked area with table and chairs. The room overlooks a mature and well stocked garden. Very comfortable 3' bed.

Weybourne is an area with plenty of facilities within easy reach. There's two large gyms within walking distance: David Lloyd and Nuffield and a large Sainsbury's a little further on. All the shops, bars and restaurants of Farnham are conveniently within a 5 minute drive. You can also walk 10 minutes up the main road to a small parade of shops: Co-op; Launderette; Barbers; Fish & Chip and Kebab shops. There's also a good Indian restaurant there.

Buses are five minutes walk away on main road. There's train stations at Aldershot and Farnham.

I'm looking for a short term or Mon-Fri flat mate, preferably a professional female but will consider anyone appropriate. I'm a part time local authority professional, outgoing and sociable with a busy life. I like to be able to interact with my guests whilst respecting their needs for privacy. I'm well travelled and intelligent - able to interact easily with people of all cultures.
