The room is decorated in happy lemon, with festival vibes. It’s fully furnished with built in wardrobe, lovely walnut furniture, lots of drawer space, desk and stool, and tv/dvd player with NOW TV stick. There is a clean and airy shared bathroom and shower a large kitchen/diner, but the lounge doubles as a family room/study so this area is unavailable .
There is lots of free on street parking and we are walking distance from shops, pubs, restaurants and the creative arts university in Farnham.
One month deposit plus one month rent will be needed to secure the room. The deposit will be used as final months rent. Therefore you will not pay rent the month you give notice.
