Fully furnished single room with shared bathroom and shower room in a large detached house on a dead end quiet road. There is good, easy access to the town center and train station (15 minutes easy walk) and the road backs onto Farnham Park.
The room/house would suit a professional person.
There's full use of the kitchen and dining/sitting room, and garden. Cooking is on an Aga (I'm happy to explain if you've never used one), and there's shelf and fridge space.
I share the house with my elderly Labrador, and occasionally other dogs who come and stay, all of whom are very friendly.
