Excellent south facing room with view of the garden. The room has a wardrobe and plenty of shelving and storage and it’s perfect for anyone in the area on contract work. I can provide bedding if that’s helpful.
The house is close to central Farnham. You can walk in to restaurants and pubs in less than 10 minutes and it’s an 8 minute walk to Waitrose. It’s also within an easy drive to Guildford, Godalming, Aldershot, Farnborough etc.
The house has broadband, WIFI, smart tv, washing machine and a live in cat, he’s very friendly. You would also have an off-road parking place. There is plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen and fridge.
I’m looking ideally for a Monday to Friday let but would consider a monthly let for the right person (no couples please). Happy to chat through if you are interested.
I’m 44 and work in conservation and love it. I’m in and out all the time as I like to be busy, however I do like relaxing with a glass of wine every now and then :-).
