I have a light and airy (12 x 19 ft & dual aspect) single storey fully furnished room in an idyllic location. The room is attached to and adjacent to the main house (4 bed detached), therefore, very private and with its own toilet and sink (+ shared bathroom). There is ample storage space. The room has superfast broadband and a large desk, therefore, perfect for working from home. There is private off-road parking and storage available in our shed.

There is a shared kitchen (with loads of kitchen gadgets), utility room, dining room with settee and bathroom (with shower cubicle and separate bath). The lounge is private family space.

You will see the picture of the day bed in the photo - I am planning to change this to a double bed. The wardrobe is just outside the room.

This isn't a house-share as such. I live in the house with my 2 children - ie not other house sharers.

My children are age 16 & 18 years and we have a gorgeous whippet. I work full-time mainly from home from my study and also do reflexology treatments from my treatment room upstairs.

Our private garden is 1/3 of an acre. You only need to step across the lane and you’re straight into the Bourne Woods. The lane is super quiet - we only hear the birds tweeting and mountain bikers tootling by.

We are walking distance from The Spotted Cow and The Fox pubs and the Bourne Stores (Spar) and pharmacy where there is a bus-stop. The house is 1.5 miles from Farnham Station/town centre (5 minute drive).

My house is on the market for sale. No buyer as yet. Therefore, I'm afraid I can't commit to long term, however, this may suit some people to have the option of a short/flexible let.
