We have 2 rooms to rent in a separate part of our house. It is on the western side of Farnham and for many years we have had UCA students. Hence our preference is to continue to have 2 students. The house is in a rural area about 30 minutes walk to the University., or 10 minutes by bicycle.
The annex has two rooms with its own kitchen and bathroom, and is newly decorated. We live in the main house but the rooms are independent of us. Parking, wifi, central heating and hot water are included. The only extra cost is a meter for electricity.
One room is taken by a male student at UCA and the larger room is now available. There is a preference for a male student but females or professionals will be welcomed too.
