I am looking to find a female professional to join our house. It is currently myself (30), Charlotte (29) and my very affectionate cat (Archie).

We’d like to find someone who is similar age to us. We are sociable with each other but also respect each other’s personal space. We are both very clean and tidy people so also looking for someone the same. You must like cats (Archie rules the house a little).

The house is on a quiet residential road and consists of a spacious living room, separate kitchen, downstairs bathroom, two upstairs bedrooms, as well as an additional bedroom on the ground floor. The house has been recently decorated throughout all shared areas.
The house is gas centrally heated. We have off street parking and a garage, enough space for 3 cars. There is also on street parking.

Rent is £550 per calendar month plus a share of the bills (spilt between the housemates).

Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor at the back of the property. Which has French doors onto the garden. The room comes unfurnished.
