The house is on a quiet residential road and features a spacious living room, separate kitchen, downstairs bathroom, large south-facing garden, and plenty of parking (garage + off-street). The home is kept very clean and tidy.
I also have a very affectionate cat, Archie, so cat-lovers are a must 🐾
