Lovely modern 3 bedroom house only 1 mile outside Farnham in safe peaceful residential area. Six minute bus ride to Aldershot railway station and ten minute bus ride to central Farnham.

Just me and my dog with one other lodger on the first floor.

A very spacious and bright double room is available at £650 inclusive of all bills. You also will have wi-fi, satellite TV, Netflix included at no extra cost.

I would prefer a mature professional (25 years plus) who enjoy a peaceful, clean and well maintained home.

You will have use of a spacious kitchen with five ring gas Smeg ring gas over, central island and refrigerator/freezer. Microwave. You would also have full use of the garden.

Microwave, cutlery, crockery, pans utensil included. Sheets, towels and duvets not included.

Strictly non smokers please. Some (small) pets are considered.

Offered furnished. Parking is street parking around the corner from the property.
