Hi there - I have a spare room available in a brand new flat minutes away from the centre of Farnham and 7 minutes from the train station.
About the room:
It is a large room with an effective en suite, for now there is some light furnishings in the room but happy to discuss if there are additional requirements eg a desk.
About the flat:
The flat is in a super convenient location no more than 7 minutes to the station, only seconds away from a gym, cinema and supermarkets. It is a brand new flat and comes with all standard modcomms as well as some fun extras like a high spec coffee machine you'd be welcome to use and a large 65 inch tv.
About me:
I'm a 32 year old young professional working both in London and at home during the week. I'm friendly, outgoing, clean and I love my sports and films! Looking for someone to share the flat with who's also keen to keep it clean and tidy but also have a nice calm friendly environment to live in.
Happy to accomodate couples but would need to request an additional £100pm.
