House-share in a quiet location, 20 minutes walking distance from Farnham, for working professionals in full-time employment.

We are looking for the right person to fit into our household, who is considerate, friendly and works normal hours. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for working or studying at home during the week, as we have dogs here.

The house has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a range oven, two dishwashers, and a laundry room.

We have two dogs and three hens, and often have dogs staying with us, so we're looking for someone who enjoys animals.

There is plenty of parking as we live on an unmade gravel lane. However, this can be sometimes muddy during the winter months.

We have High-speed, unlimited WiFi. All bills and cleaning of communal areas and the bathroom are included.
