Two supermarkets and a mainline train station (Haslemere) within a 5-10 minute drive.

Looking for someone who is independent, tidy and friendly. Perfectly happy in their own space and to socialise whenever they fancy.

Off road parking available on the drive.

Property has two bathrooms with toilet, one with a shower and one with a bath.

Porch/utility room with washing machine etc.

Large and cosy shared lounge with plenty of seating.

Large, well-equipped shared kitchen with own cupboard and fridge space.
Utensils and cookware shared.

High speed internet and WiFi, smart TV etc.

There are two cats at the property, but they aren't allowed in the section of the house where this bedroom is.
